Cleeve Hill Golf Club
Providing planning support for Cotswolds Hub, we assisted in securing planning permission for the redevelopment and enhancement of Cleeve Hill Golf Club. The project involved extensive pre-application engagement with the Local Planning Authority, Highway Authority and other key stakeholders, alongside the preparation and coordination of the technical information required to support the application.
The proposals sought to deliver a modern, fit-for-purpose golf facility while broadening access to the site through new community amenities, including a restaurant and café. The scheme also incorporated landscape enhancements, improved parking and access arrangements, and measures to enhance the visitor experience. Ongoing stakeholder engagement and collaborative working helped address key planning considerations and secure support for the proposals.
