Zesta Planning was founded in 2018 with a clear ambition: to provide thoughtful, commercially aware planning advice that genuinely supports clients in navigating an increasingly complex planning system.

From the outset, the focus was on building a consultancy that combined technical expertise with a practical, solutions led personable approach. Early growth was driven by a commitment to quality, responsiveness and strong client relationships, laying the foundations for what Zesta is today.

Over the years, the team has grown steadily into a dynamic group of planning professionals. This growth has been shaped by bringing together talented individuals with diverse backgrounds and perspectives, strengthening the breadth and depth of expertise within the business.

Today, Zesta Planning offers experience across the full planning spectrum. The team includes chartered town planners who have worked within local authorities, multi-disciplinary consultancies and client-side roles. This range of experience allows us to understand the planning process from every angle and to provide clear, well-rounded advice that delivers results.
