Planning Permission Achieved
Working closely with Victoria Poole at Poole Phillips Chartered Architects, we are delighted to have helped secure planning permission for 7 new residential units at Evesham Marina on behalf of the landowners. This was a difficult site with significant design, street scene and ecological constraints and we were brought on board to help proactively engage with the case officer and seek to address concerns being raised to the scheme. Following swift liaison with the planning officer and key consultees, who were originally objecting to the proposals, we were able to successfully address all of the outstanding concerns to achieve a prompt permission issued under delegated powers
