We have played a supporting role in guiding both the planning strategy and masterplanning process for the new village centre. This has involved working with the development partners, local authority, and wider stakeholder group, helping to shape a comprehensive vision for the village centre that responds to local needs while delivering a sustainable and high-quality new community.
The vision for the village centre will help provide certainty for delivery, support sustainable development objectives, and establishes the foundations for a vibrant new town and thriving future community.
