Providing planning support for Cotswold Oak, we assisted in the progression of a reserved matters application for a residential development of up to 29 dwellings in Toddington. The role involved managing the reserved matters process and the discharge of conditions associated with the wider outline consent.
The scheme required detailed consideration of layout, design quality, landscape integration, access arrangements and the relationship with the surrounding area. The project was managed through to approval, with ongoing post-determination support provided in relation to condition discharge and implementation matters as the development progresses.
