We assisted Cotswold Oak in progressing reserved matters proposals for a residential development of up to 40 dwellings at Kempsey. The scheme forms part of a wider housing delivery strategy and required co-ordination of detailed design, layout and technical matters.
Work included preparation and co-ordination of reserved matters submissions, discharge of conditions and ongoing liaison with the Local Planning Authority. Key considerations included site layout, landscaping, appearance and integration with the surrounding context, supporting the delivery of the scheme through to implementation.
