G-TEM specialises in manufacturing high-quality components for electric vehicles (EVs). Driven by the global surge in EV demand, the business has experienced substantial expansion. To accommodate this extraordinary growth, we successfully secured permission for their most recent milestone project: a major 64,000-square-foot extension to their industrial building at Gloucester Business Park.
This major development effectively doubles the size of G-TEM’s existing Gloucester manufacturing facility. The expanded space provides the vital capacity needed to scale up production and meet the evolving demands of the green automotive sector.
