Providing planning and listed building consent support for a private client, we progressed proposals for the alteration, enhancement, preservation, and extension of Manor Farm House, a Grade II listed building in Staverton. The scheme required a sensitive approach to ensure the historic fabric and character of the building were maintained and enhanced.
Careful attention was given to design, materials, and the relationship between existing and proposed elements. Through pre-application engagement and formal submissions, the proposals were refined in consultation with conservation officers and the wider team to achieve an appropriate balance between modernisation and heritage preservation.
