Zesta Planning were selected to co-ordinate and submit a planning application for a Day Nursery and associated infrastructure at Harlequin Office Park, Emersons Green, Bristol.

We worked closely with our client to establish the optimum planning strategy in order to meet their brief. We set out the case that the former use of the site for B1 Office was not viable. Our case was formulated on a site specific basis; submitting marketing evidence and ensuring the regeneration and retention of B Use Classes elsewhere within the defined employment area were not prejudiced. Our strategy proved successful and we secured planning permission for our clients.
