Originally from Carmarthenshire in South Wales, Nathan is a Chartered Town Planner with over 15 years’ experience securing planning permission across a broad range of sectors including residential, commercial, renewable energy, education, leisure, heritage, minerals, waste management, agricultural, utilities, infrastructure and charitable development. His experience is complemented by environmental planning expertise, including Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and the Environment Agency’s environmental permitting regime.

Nathan has acted for a wide range of private and commercial clients including Blenheim Strategic Land, SSE Distribution, Galliard Homes, Pye Homes, the National Trust, Calmsden Estate, National Star Foundation and Desoutter Medical. He has extensive experience managing complex planning applications and appeals, leading multidisciplinary consultant teams, and providing strategic planning advice from site appraisal through to delivery.
