Forest of Dean Call for Sites

Have you got a site in the Forest of Dean District?

Forest of Dean District Council are currently undertaking a ‘Call for Sites’ to assess the suitability and availability of future development land through their Strategic Housing and Economic Land Availability Assessment (SHELAA) 2022. The Council will consider potentially developable land for housing and employment purposes and will be used to inform the emerging Local Plan “Plan 41” The closing date for sites to be assessed through the SHELAA 2022 is Thursday 31st March 2022. If you have an availible site that may be suitable and it has not previously been submitted to a ‘Call for Sites’ consultation within the Forest of Dean District Council area, please do get in touch.
